摘要: Portal hypertension has been described in a wide variety of hematological disorders, especially myeloproliferative and lymphoproliferative disorders. Its clinical manifestations may include bleeding esophageal varices, ascites, or hepatic encephalopathy. In patients with there are number potential causes portal hypertension, including nodular regenerative hyperplasia the liver (NRH). This lesion is characterized by diffuse replacement normal parenchyma multiple small nodules composed regenerating hepatocytes minimal no fibrosis. lack fibrosis distinguishes NRH from cirrhosis. Unlike cirrhosis, only rarely results compromised synthetic function. The major manifestation related to increased resistance blood flow within sinusoids. linked systemic diseases collagen vascular diseases, as well various medications. Although commonly associated dyscrasias, diagnosis overlooked because complexity differential setting malignancy. We review herein liver, aspects epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, course, treatment. highlight its association different forms disease, aiming increase awareness this entity internist treating hematologist/oncologist.
