摘要: Background Currently, there is increasing awareness of suicide-related behaviors. Mental health services are a key location for assisting people with However, few studies focused on the evaluation and experience mental care system from families medical staff's perspective in China. The study aims to explore parents' front-line an adolescent behaviors admitted psychiatry department general hospital Design Qualitative was employed study. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted exploring their perceptions when hospital. theme analysis method used data analysis. Results expressed dissatisfaction psychiatric department. Other barriers work identified, such as shortage staff difficulties caring or communicating patients. Besides, imperfect treatment also contributes low satisfaction patients families. Two themes six subthemes identified: 1) perceive SRBs difficult engage (feelings helplessness, need compassion, challenges professional self-efficacy, recommendations service); 2) parents not satisfied existing (doubt hospitalization advice service). Conclusion This found that insufficient staffing lacking systematic models major challenges. We suggest input resources expand train service team establish complete set model SRBs.
