摘要: AbstractBoth observational and modeling studies clearly demonstrate that land-use land-cover change (LULCC) play an important biogeophysical biogeochemical role in the climate system from landscape to regional even continental scales. Without comprehensively considering these impacts, adequate response threats posed by human intervention into will not be adequate.Public policy plays shaping local- national-scale practices. An array of national policies has been developed influence nature spatial extent LULCC. Observational evidence suggests policies, addition international trade treaties protocols, have direct effects on LULCC thus system.However, agreements, protocols fail adequately recognize impacts.
