摘要: Hydrophobic contaminants sorb to sludge in wastewater treatment plants and enter the soil environment when is applied agricultural fields. The mineralization of pyrene was examined soil, mixed homogeneously into sludge-soil systems containing a lump sludge. Sludge-amendment enhanced compared without sludge, most extensive observed kept lump. number protozoa, heterotrophic bacteria pyrene-mineralizing much higher soil. amendment did not affect protozoa surrounding which indicated that organic had little effect on
