摘要: The use of nerve conduits as an alternative for grafting has a long experimental and clinical history. Luminal additives, factors introduced into these conduits, were later developed to enhance the regeneration through conduits. This chapter generalizes types additives used, reported performance luminal in present preference list most effective over specific distances defect.
