摘要: Evaluating the clinical significance of cognitive dysfunction in patients who exhibit signs both depression and dementia is one more formidable challenges psychiatry. This article reviews associated with depression, concept "pseudodementia," syndromal phenomenology coexisting Alzheimer's-type dementia. The state art neuropsychologic, electroencephalographic, metabolic, neuroradiographic techniques for evaluating syndromes will be discussed, as implications treatment such patients.
