摘要: How to analyze death with function (DWF) in transplant survival statistics has become an important issue. DWF is a predominant cause of late graft loss. We recognize that some deaths may be related the transplant. However, considering as loss obscure analyses. An additional consideration whether patients who "die function" actually had good kidney or their was hastened by impaired function. To answer this question, we studied serum creatinine level and for recipients died Between January 1, 1985, December 31, 1994, did 1932 transplants 1806 recipients. Of these, 220 For 220, assessed time posttransplant occurred, before terminal event, death. The most common causes were infection (22%), myocardial infarction (17%), sudden (15%). Mean levels less than 2 mg/100 ml at 1 year vast majority these Our findings demonstrate die have renal function--additional support presenting data both without censored.
