摘要: Abstract Cellular glass, or foamed has been obtained as a result of the heating (to 700–800 °C) heavy and strong preforms formed due to binding properties silicate additives. Durability reached 6 MPa at density 1.8 g/cm 3 . The main expanding agent in composition is steam, which can also be carbon oxidizer increase amount evolved gases decrease glass obtained. As changing initial structure, varied from 0.14 0.6 g/cm , its breaking strength - 0.6 5.0 MPa. heat conductivity – 0.045 0.15 W/(m·К), respectively. speed expansion had an extreme character with induction period typical for topochemical reactions. cellular materials possessed distinct crystalline structure. experiments showed possibility obtaining acceptable different types solution environmental tasks. Various technological methods material blocks various forms were tested use them thermal insulation facing materials.
