摘要: BACKGROUND Chemical control is the most used and effective method to Diaphorina citri, vector of phloem-limited bacteria associated with citrus huanglongbing (HLB) disease. The objectives this study were determine effectiveness flupyradifurone applied via dripping irrigation systems on D. citri. Bioassays conducted using leaves harvested various dates post treatment, insecticide residue in leaf tissue was quantified. RESULTS drip application trees provided high-level long-term against citri adult, median lethal concentration (LC50 ) for ingestion 22.22 mg kg-1 (fresh leaf). Flupyradifurone detected within 3 days after treatment. measured level peaked day 40 application, then showed a steady decline subsequent days all three dosages. amounts upper, middle, lower similar, trends change consistent. CONCLUSIONS results demonstrate that can be valuable new tool management programs, drip-applied provides an extended period efficacy. This paper could provide reference reduce dependence foliar-applied insecticides, benefits non-target exposure workers pollinators. © 2021 Society Industry.
