摘要: OBJECTIVE To identify the computed tomographic features to differentiate gastric schwannoma from gastrointestinal stromal tumor. METHODS Computed images of 103 pathologically confirmed patients with (n = 23) or tumor 80) were retrospectively studied. Sex, morphology, location, border, growth pattern, enhancement necrosis, calcification, ulceration, and perigastric lymph nodes analyzed. Age, short diameter, long degree measured. Statistical analyses performed, receiver operating characteristic curve, sensitivity, specificity values RESULTS Female, age younger than 57.5 years, round ovoid extraluminal growth, homogeneous enhancement, lack presence nodes, an less 15.4 Hounsfield units in arterial phase significant variables for differentiating (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Dual-phase contrast-enhanced tomography can help
