摘要: Fifteen different methods of serum protein removal are examined for applicability with subsequent analysis low molecular mass metabolites and pharmaceutical agents by capillary electrophoresis (CE). Each the deproteinization considered here has been reported in literature successfully used other applications. Two found to be superior others CE analysis. Protein ultrafiltration Centrifree Micropartition System filters precipitation using acetonitrile worked well removal, as evidenced reproducible (RSD <6%) determinations several weight components. The former is capable analyzing free only, while latter was somewhat problematic respect evaporation acetonitrile, causing potential problems reproducibility. Both techniques were clearly suitable untreated fused silica capillaries.
