摘要: Abstract Expanded perlite-based novel adsorbents for boron adsorption were evaluated by the modification with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA) and gallic acid (GA). The samples characterized XRD, SEM FTIR analysis. of was examined at different HDTMA/GA concentrations, solution pH, initial concentration, temperature contact time. Inert electrolyte effect on also investigated. optimum pH found between pH 7–9. At level, capacities HDTMA-perlite GA-perlite calculated as 833 mg/g 2500 mg/g, respectively. kinetic data best described pseudo second-order model both samples. process to be endothermic, positive entropy values increase randomness solid/liquid interface.
