摘要: Administration of antibody prepared in rabbits against human urinary Ep to fetal sheep during the last third gestation period resulted a suppression erythropoiesis fetus. This was evidenced by sharp decrease numbers circulating reticulocytes and reduced rate 59Fe incorporation into RBC, spleen, bone marrow, effects ascribable neutralization endogenous Ep. In addition, there significant nucleated erythroid cells marrows these fetuses. These results point physiologic role for erythropoiesis.
