摘要: This study propose a new simple method of measuring the thermal diffusivity living tissue by pulse decay teclmique with focused ultrasonic beam, which does not require accurate kuowledge Gaussian variance within focal region. The measurement temperatures at two different locations outside region replaces elaborate size and gives reasonable accuracy automatically avoids artifact due to beam-thermocouple interaction. ultrasound was generated bowl­ shaped ceramic piezoelectric transducer diameter 30 mm. lengths were 40 mm 60 frequencies 1.7 3.6 MHz. values biological tissues obtained in this are fairly close previously published also compared heated thermistor method.
