摘要: Dendritic cells (DCs) are major immune components, and depending on how these modulated, the protective host response changes drastically. Trypanosoma cruzi is a parasite with high genetic variability modulates DCs by interfering their capacity for antigen recognition, migration, maturation. Despite recent efforts, association between T. I (TcI) TcII populations unknown. Herein, it was demonstrated that AQ1.7 MUTUM TcI strains present low rates of invasion bone marrow-derived DCs, whereas 1849 2369 higher rates. Whereas four similarly induced expression PD-L1, production IL-10 TLR-2, respectively, in were differentially increased. The TNF-α, IL-12, IL-6, CCL2 CD40, CD80, MHC-II, CCR5, CCR7 changed strain. strain yielded most remarkable results because greater correlated an increase levels anti-inflammatory molecules PD-L1 but not change or CD40 molecules. These suggest belonging to different have evolved specific evasion strategies subvert consequently response.
