摘要: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used to study the extent of redundancy (duplication genetic materials) within a resources collection. Nine nearly phenotypically and identical accessions butterhead lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) assayed for their identities. A nonuniform, heterogeneous line crisphead cultivar added population comparison. PCR amplification using 13 oligonucleotide primers generated 93 bands. The percentage segregating bands was determine within-line variation; values ranged from 0.0 12.0%, except nonuniform at 22.6%. Between-line similarity measured coefficients 0.919 0.985. relationship between accession composite all 0.84.
