摘要: This chapter discusses the composition of cytochrome c oxidase. It was earlier proposed that a consisted two components, namely, and 3. However, component with strong affinity for carbon monoxide in reduced state cyanide oxidized state, weak absorption at 600 m μ (relative to 605 ) 448 452 3 . In study discussed chapter, fractions from heart muscle mitochondrial fragments deoxycholate were prepared good correlation found between copper content height 601 enzyme. Even though these experiments, activity not good, it can be concluded enzyme copper-protein.
