摘要: Abstract Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) is released by retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells and detectable in proliferative membranes (PrMs). This experimental study was performed to investigate the mRNA protein levels of both CTGF vascular endothelial A (VEGF-A) a rabbit model vitreoretinopathy (PVR). In addition, effects single intravitreal injection safe dose anti-CTGF or bevacizumab as monotherapy combination were evaluated. PVR induced right eye albino rabbits cultured adult human RPE cells. Quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) Western blot analysis VEGF-A on whole versus controls at different time points. next step, models assigned five groups.
