摘要: Core fucosylation and the bisecting N-acetylglucosamine residue are prominent natural substitutions of N-glycan core. To address issue whether these two substituents can modulate ligand properties complex-type biantennary N-glycans, we performed chemoenzymatic synthesis respective galactosylated α2,3/6-sialylated N-glycans. Neoglycoproteins were then produced to determine glycans' reactivities with sugar receptors in solid-phase assays tumor cells vitro as well their vivo biodistribution profiles mice.
