摘要: Chick embryonic stem cells (cESCs) can be derived from obtained stage X embryos (blastoderm stage); these have the ability to contribute all somatic lineages in chimaeras, but not germ line. However, lines of that are able line established chick primordial (cPGCs) and (cEGCs). This review provides information on avian cells, emphasizing different sources current methods for derivation culture pluripotent embryos. We also technologies isolation chicken production transgenic birds.
