Hidradenitis Suppurativa Complicated by Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the apocrine glands of axilla, groin, and perianal region. Although it common condition, rarely associated with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). There have been only 41 reports this uncommon complication HS in literature. This study includes two presentations SCC along literature review. The first patient developed diffuse abdominal carcinomatosis from anogenital region arising HS. rare event patients SCC, one case previously described second malignant hypercalcemia, an cutaneous SCC. current report represents largest review secondary to longstanding A recurrence rate 48 per cent was observed after "curative" resection. Approximately half succumbed their disease, grade predictor mortality.
