摘要: Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a physiological process that vital throughout the human lifespan. In addition to contributing development of various tissues within growing embryo, EMT also responsible for wound healing and tissue regeneration later in adulthood. this review, we highlight importance normal functioning female reproductive organs (the ovaries uterus) describe how dysregulation can lead pathological conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis carcinogenesis. We summarize current literature relating context ovarian endometrial carcinomas, with particular focus on molecular mechanisms tumor microenvironment govern cancer cell plasticity, therapy resistance metastasis.
