摘要: Molecular cloning of ionotropic glutamate receptors and the development new measurement techniques have significantly advanced our understanding molecular mechanisms controlling ligand-mediated entry Ca2+ into neurons mammalian CSN. Recent studies demonstrated that various types expressed in different nerve cells are permeable to variable extents, depending on structural peculiarities subunits their compositioin a particular cell. This diversity provides regulable pathway for during synaptic transmission. The fractional contribution this total current might be substantial means elevating intracellular concentration over wide temporal range.
