摘要: The prevalence of personality traits and disorders in bipolar patients as reported the literature varies widely. Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-Revised (PDQ-R) is a self-report instrument for DSM-IIIR found to have validity, but with high sensitivity moderate specificity. This study was designed assess using PDQ-R. Fifty long-term lithium treatment program completed Over one half (58%) scored or more disorders. A total 71 diagnoses made among 50 patients, mean 1.42 per patient. majority axis II were from cluster B, borderline most prevalent, followed by histrionic. PDQ-R has specificity may overdiagnose patients. register subclinical aspects affective disorder personality.
