摘要: Abstract The high-Al chromitite-bearing stratigraphic levels (Cr# ranges from 0.38 to 0.47) are located at the mantle/crust transition zone (MTZ) and in cumulate dunites Berit ophiolite SE Turkey. Iridium group elements-IPGE (Ir, Os Ru) related mineralisation were previously reported ophiolitic high-Cr chromitites Berit–Elbistan area. Palladium elements — PPGE (Pt, Pd Rh) associated predominantly found they presented this study for first time. Our results indicate that IPGE-enriched phases of PGMs such as laurite present both PPGE-enriched PPGE-poor Berit. chromitite chondrite normalised patterns show an enrichment PPGE, with values up 1700 ppb Pt 4469 ppb Pd. During their occurrence sulphur saturation is consistent production minor quantities base metal sulphides (BMS) which took place form droplets enclosed chromite, commonly patterns. These PPGM assemblages include Pd–Pt-tellurides, sperrylite, platarsite, Pd-antimonide, Pd–Sb–As, Pt–Pd–Cu–Au– alloys. unusual, presence occurrences known only a few other ophiolites worldwide. geochemical evolution high Cr# ratios indicates origin due degrees partial melting, whereas lower melting. Both high-degree low-degree melts may have been fluxed through upper mantle, either synchronously or possibly hiatus between generation different melts.
