Fishery has address additional from both system being governed systems. The reveal issues that indicate adaptation will involve more flexible management regimes, schemes capacity adjustment, catch limitation alternative livelihoods fishers. Where systems have been less developed, fisheries are able adapt impacts. Adaptation involves addressing some most intractable allocation management. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
