摘要: The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or benzyl which may be optionally substituted by halogen alkoxy; R2 OR, R alkyl, aryl halogen; R3 hydrogen fluorine; Ar phenyl; n 0 1; o 0, 1 2; and their pharmaceutically active salts.
