摘要: An improved image sensor wherein a first micro-lens array comprised of one or more micro-lenses is positioned over cavity such that incoming light focused on the photo sensors sensor. The may collimate and focus onto sensor, direct it to second which then focuses sensors. A method fabricating also provided are formed by use sacrificial material.
