摘要: Power system inertia is being globally reduced, due to the substitution of conventional synchronous power plants by intermittent generation. This threatens frequency stability and makes estimation necessary, so that proactive measures can be imposed. A disturbance-based method proposed in this paper, which estimates total constant system. The applies particle swarm optimization (PSO) minimize a cost function, defined based on swing equation. To do that, data available at generator buses are employed. applied Nordic57 test under twenty different scenarios, include load disconnections. Furthermore, comparison with two methods presented literature performed demonstrates higher performance method, sense mean variance errors.
