摘要: Abstract The present study investigated the effects of energy levels diet and β-mannanase supplementation on growth performance, apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) nutrients, blood metabolites fecal volatile fatty acids (VFAs) ammonia-N emission in growing pigs. A 192 grower pigs [average initial body weight (BW), 36.2 kg] were randomly allotted to 4 treatments basis BW. There replicates each treatment with 12 per replicate. Pigs fed diets containing 13.7 or 14.0 MJ/kg metabolizable (ME) 0 400 units (U) β-mannanase/kg a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement. experimental meal form for 42 d. final BW, average daily gain (ADG) gain:feed (G:F) supplemented greater ( P > 0.05) concentrations. Moreover, ADG, G:F, ATTD DM, GE, mannose galactose glucose concentration not different among 13.7 MJ/kg ME without β-mannanase. These results indicate that dietary 400 U had potential improve nutrients may provide equivalent 0.36 MJ/kg pig diets.
