Deposition and characterization of CdS nanoparticle/polyaniline composite films

摘要: In the present work we explore possibility to deposit CdS/polyaniline composite films through an electrochemical route. The were generated electrochemically on fluorine-doped tin oxide coated glass substrates from electrolyte containing mixture of CdS particle solution and aniline monomer in acidic medium. average size was around 30 A no considerable increase observed after film formation. presence clusters confirmed optical absorption spectra, photoluminescence XRD TEM.
