摘要: Abstract Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) is the most important causative agent of arboviral infection in Europe, causing neurologic symptoms. The incidence disease has greatly increased over past decades, and meantime, some changes spatial distribution TBE cases have been observed. Therefore, it to recognize endemic areas, use preventive measures successfully. In this study, rodents from all Slovenia were evaluated as suitable sentinels for TBEV distribution. Rodents four species (Myodes glareolus, Apodemus flavicollis, sylvaticus, agrarius) screened presence antibodies with immunofluorescence assay; detected 5.9% sera. prevalence varied according rodent region trapping. Select also RNA several organs. Both analyses showed higher rate bank vole...
