摘要: In this work, we present the electrodeposition of nickel (Ni)-carbon nanotube (CNT) composite thin films and evaluate CNT weight percentage in using energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX). To increase CNTs codeposition, are functionalized with positive charges deposited different current waveforms. Furthermore, two kinds annealed at temperatures (1200°C 2600°C) were compared for their contents also nanoindentation hardness evaluated. The a maximum content 5.4±2.0 wt% 17.0±3.0 GPa achieved case 1200°C. 2600°C, was found to be 3.7±2.0 14.9±3.0 GPa. For all Ni-CNTs composites, mechanical strengthening composites pure Ni films.
