摘要: In MM and related plasma cell dyscrasias, FDG-PET or PET/CT imaging are useful reliable techniques for assistance in the diagnosis by identifying optimal sites biopsy, staging restaging tumor, detecting extramedullary disease, monitoring response to treatment. They equally effective secretory nonsecretory with latter developing an increasing frequency during course of causing difficulty disease progression.
