摘要: In considering the dielectric properties of materials at nanoscale, measurements negative permittivity low frequencies often have been dismissed as experimental error. However, this study demonstrates a transition from positive to in ferrofluid, due ordering magnetic nanoparticles induced by dc electric field, and formation conduction paths. This effect may find applications soft-matter research on particle assembly, well sensors based such change permittivity.
