摘要: Female panicles (FPs) play an important role in the formation of yields maize. From 40 days after sowing to tasseling stage for summer maize, FPs are developing and sensitive drought. However, it remains unclear how respond drought stress during FP development. In this study, differentiation was observed at 20 30 (DAD) agronomic trait changes maize ears were determined across three treatments, including well-watered (CK), light (LD), moderate (MD) treatments 20, 25, DAD. RNA-sequencing then used identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) Spikelets florets suppressed LD MD suggesting that slows development thus decreases yields. Transcriptome analysis indicated 40, 876, 887 DEGs detected LD/CK, MD/CK, MD/LD comparisons. KEGG pathway showed ‘biosynthesis other secondary metabolites’ ‘carbohydrate metabolism’ involved response, whereas ‘starch sucrose ‘plant hormone signal transduction’ played roles response. addition, a series molecular cues related growth screened their responses.
