摘要: A new bipolar four-quadrant operational amplifier operating at a power supply voltage of 0.8 V and with current 800 μA is here presented illustrated. It features low input offset, bias current, noise, crossover distortion rail-to-rail output swing. Control circuits ensuring minimum maximum limits for the transistors have been incorporated. The biasing circuitry follows PTAT scheme. simple compensation topology allows reduction area. chip, whose area about 2 mm^2, has fabricated in HF2CMOS μ/6 GHz technology. Finally, Spice simulations experimental results, which confirm expected overall performances op-amp, are reported.
