摘要: Plasma polymerized allylamine (ppAA) films were deposited in a radio-frequency glow discharge plasma reactor using continuous-wave mode and varying the power from 15 to 125 W. The deposition rate reached 26 nm · min -1 was constant within at least half an hour of process. chemical structure elemental composition investigated by Fourier transform infrared X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies, whereas surface properties analyzed atomic force microscopy free energy measurement. A special focus is given stability ppAA aqueous media primary amine quantification. use fluorescent UV-Visible spectroscopy enabled us detect quantify amine, respectively. All studied parameters varied widely with enhanced transition point around 50 Over this value, results remain relatively unchanged.
