摘要: The degradation capabilities of two white rot fungi, Pleurotus ostreatus and Trametes versicolor, obtained from natural stands Fagus orientalis (beech) in Northern Iran were studied. Fruiting bodies P. T. versicolor collected fallen beech the Alamdardeh forest, Iran. Beech wood samples exposed to both fungi for 120 days according EN113. Mass loss, resistance compression parallel grain, impact load resistance, as well lignin, cellulose hemicellulose content determined before after fungal exposure. FT-IR spectroscopy was used collect spectra decay. Light electron microscopy study white-rot decay patterns compare mechanism attack fungi. Both reduced mass chemical constituents similar quantities. Chemical analyses indicated reductions cellulose, lignin total carbohydrates. had negligible affect on hemicelluloses, arabinan, galactan, glucan. Patterns same Thinning cell walls, colonization hyphae formation bore holes wallswere also results demonstrated that produced a simultaneous wood.
