摘要: TiO2 photocatalyses of 6-hydroxymethyl uracil (6-HOMU) a model compound for the potent cyanotoxin, cylindrospermopsin (CYN), were carried out employing visible and UV irradiation using different non-metal doped materials, nitrogen fluorine-TiO2 (NF-TiO2), phosphorus (PF-TiO2) sulfur-TiO2 (S-TiO2). The was readily degraded under photocatalysis with pseudo-first-order rate constants (k) 2.1, 1.0, 0.44 h(-1) NF-TiO2, PF-TiO2 S-TiO2, respectively. Under light activated (VLA), NF-TiO2 most active photocatalyst, marginally S-TiO2 inactive. VLA effective increased k increasing pH from 3 to 9. presence humic acid (HA), Fe3+ Cu2+ can enhance degradation. However, at 20 ppm HA significant inhibition observed, likely due shadowing catalyst, quenching ROS or blocking sites TiO2. We probed roles reactive oxygen species (ROS) specific scavengers results indicate that O-2(center dot-) plays an important role in photocatalysis.
