摘要: The aim of this study is the optimization a product-driven self-cycling bioprocess and presentation way to determine best possible decision variables out set alternatives based on designed model. Initially, generalized kinetic model, which allows flexible choice most appropriate kinetics analysed. problem given as bi-objective one, where maximization biomass productivity minimization unproductive loss substrate are objective functions. Then, Pareto fronts calculated for exemplary kinetics. It found that in bioprocess, decrease emptying/refilling fraction an increase feeding concentration cause productivity. An substrate. preferred solutions using minimum distance from ideal solution method, while giving proposals their modifications derived maker’s reactions generated solutions.
