摘要: Fibronectins (FNs) and integrins are first expressed in Xenopus embryos during the mid to late blastula stages. FN is synthesized both animal vegetal halves of embryo but becomes localized roof blastocoel gastrulation. Integrins all regions early embryo. Structural heterogeneity isoforms embryogenesis occurs by alternative splicing a common transcript, whereas integrin diversity generated expression several distinct αβ heterodimers. The timing for these molecules suggests that they may play important roles supporting and/or controlling morphogenetic events
