摘要: Nuclear receptors belong to a superfamily of proteins that play central roles in human biology, orchestrating large variety biological functions both health and disease. Understanding the interactions regulatory pathways NRs will allow development potential therapeutic interventions for multitude disease processes. Non-coding RNAs have recently been discovered significant with NR signalling via connections. This review summarises known between ncRNAs health, embryogenesis plethora diseases.
