摘要: The controlled release drug delivery preserves the efficient concentration of in blood and omits side effect it. Also, it provides more comfort high quality life for patients. Polymers, one common substrate systems, usually were used nano-particle shape, that are appropriate methods delivery. Among preparation nano-particles, electrospray because its simple control on rate deposition, size, density particles, low-cost equipment, fabrication atmospheric condition low temperature is a unique way.In this study, theophylline(TF) was encapsulated PVA by purposes. For determining optimized particle, first different molecular weights (23000, 72000 144000 gr/mol) assessed SEM pictures. Then concentrations (5, 10, 13 15% w/v) evaluated best homogenous particles. Afterward, method crosslinking particles (glutaraldehyde 24&48 h oven 130 oC) determined. Finally, theophylline added to solution electro-spraying morphology investigated rhodamine staining SEM.SEM results weight electro-sprayed determined sample with 23000 g/mol (98% hydrolyzed) one. choosing PVA, SEM, showed 10% w/v most ones. After encapsulation 5% TF after oC glutaraldehyde 24h stable them. So nano-particles have shown as promising systems sustained
