摘要: Two types of Si-Ti-C-O fibres were heat treated in a preheated graphite furnace at temperatures between 1273 and 1973 K, the change electrical resistivity was measured after removing from furnace. The decreased monotonically with increasing heat-treatment temperature, but showed significant increase order 101–102 temperature range gas evolution fibres. fibre which has an amorphous character began to lower than that crystalline character. This did not occur during treatment pure oxygen atmosphere, because oxide layer formed on surface suppressed X-ray diffraction patterns heat-treated nitrogen or atmospheres revealed β-SiC crystals precipitate state as increased. crystal growth, however, always correspond decrease resistivity.
