Near‐edge Optical Properties of CuInSe2 Studied by Photoacoustic Spectroscopy

摘要: Optical absorption spectra of n-type CuInSe2 single crystals were evaluated by means photoacoustic spectroscopy in the photon energy range from 0.94 to 1.02 eV. At energies below 0.99 eV exhibit exponential tails that are ascribed presence shallow impurity states. higher coefficients follow relation for direct allowed optical transitions between parabolic bands. The parameters this determined and compared with previous measurements. Optische Absorptionsspecktren n-leitender CuInSe2-Einkristalle wurden mit Hilfe der photoakustischen Spektroskopie im Photonenenergiebereich von bis bestimmt. Bei Photonenergien unterhalb zeigen die Absorptionsspektren exponentielle Auslaufer, dem Vorhandensein flacher Storzellen zugeschrieben werden. hoheren Photonenenergien folgen Absorptions-koeffizienten Beziehung fur direkte erlaubte optische Ubergange zwischen parabolischen Bandern. Die Parameter dieser werden bestimmt und fruheren Messungen verglichen.
