摘要: Perioperative volume replacement after cardiopulmonary bypass is complicated by post-bypass systemic inflammatory process. The aim of this study was to assess the effects using two different colloid solutions as priming fluids in bypass. study's primary end point measure amount fluid needed during and post-cardiopulmonary bypass; blood loss, change profile intraocular pressure were secondary points, used measures plasma oncotic pressures. Patients undergoing coronary artery grafting recruited. Both patients surgeons blinded receive either Gelofusine® or Voluven® fluids. At fixed intervals bypass, had their pressures measured. Intra postoperafive form 4.5% human albumin recorded for each subject. result did not show any significant differences be replaced, loss between groups. However, it showed an increase both groups once commenced. average higher group compared group. measurements support hypothesis that Voluven maintains better reduces shift.
