摘要: Solid acid-catalyzed sugar degradation has been considered to be an efficient approach synthesize alkyl levulinates (which can used as fuel additives and surfactants). However, those catalytic processes typically involve harsh reaction conditions high cost for catalyst preparation. We prepared a series of phosphotungstic acid organic hybrids by simple solvothermal method, them heterogeneous catalysts the selective fructose methyl levulinate (ML) in methanol with efficiency under mild conditions. The were characterized systematically, effects different substituents pyridine, temperature/time, dose, concentration studied. 3-FPYPW hybrid from 3-fluoropyridine exhibited superior activity synthesis ML (82.5%) (97.8%). A possible pathway was proposed. In addition, could separated mixture readily, reused without remarkable loss reactivity.
