摘要: Abstract Phenethyl alcohol (PEA) has been employed as an inhibitor of DNA synthesis in order to elucidate the relationship between Hfr strains Escherichia , coli and transfer chromosomal markers during conjugation ( Bouck Adelberg, 1963 ; Jacob Brenner, et al., ). Treick Konetzka (1964) have shown recently that PEA inhibits initiation new cycles replication E . but permits completion those initiated before addition medium. Therefore, can be controlled by addition, removal, readdition a culture at specific time intervals. The cycle ability constitutes subject this investigation.
