摘要: Abstract In this study, it was found that macroporous hydrogels were formed when self-assembly of fluorenyl-9-methoxycarbonyl (Fmoc)–diphenylalanine (Phe–Phe) peptides induced using glucono-δ-lactone (GdL) in apparently frozen samples. Formed cryogels exhibited a heterogeneous structure with pore walls densely packed fibres assembled dipeptides and pores the range 10–100 μm. Hydrogels from same composition above freezing point homogenous without any apparent porosity. The gels characterised microscopy techniques, CD-spectroscopy stress sweeps. less mechanical strength than might be due to former. It appeared self-assembled peptide both cryo- hydrogel maintained β-sheet commonly attributed these.
